Delivery times vary depending on whether your item is made to order or ready to ship.
Made to Order: Please allow 7-14 business days for production, followed by 1–4 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
Ready to Ship: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, with delivery taking an additional 1-4 business days, depending on your location.
COD is not an available option.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an E-mail with Consignment Number & Tracking link.
We majorly use India post or multiple courier companies through shiprocket.
PAN India standard is 100 INR and Express is 180INR
Order & payments
In case the package returns to us due to a failed delivery (incorrect address, did not pick up call, etc) delivery charge of 100 INR will have to be paid again for reshipment. There will not be a third attempt, a refund will be initiated in this case subtracting all incurred costs.
No form of customizations are accepted.
Some of our pieces are handmade and made to order while others are ready to ship. Processing time vary depending on the item and will be listed on the product page. If your order is a made to order piece, please allow additional time for production before shipment. Unfortunately, we’re unable to guarantee expedited processing for made to order items.
Once the payment for your order is confirmed through Razorpay on our website & you receive a confirmation mail from us stating your order is confirmed.
orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hrs of being placed, provided they have not been shipped. After 24hrs, cancellations are no longer eligible for refund, as many of our products are made to order and production begins shortly after your order is placed. if your order has not yet been shipped, cancellation requests made after 24hrs are eligible for store credit only. once the order has been shipped cancellations are no longer possible.
