Return/exchange policy

Return/Exchanges available for full priced items only.

we only accept returns under these conditions:

• Damaged Items: Returns are accepted only for products received damaged or defective. Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.
• Size Exchange: We offer a one-time size exchange if you've ordered the wrong size. The item must be unworn, unwashed, returned with all original tags attached and notified within 48hrs as well. (ONLY APPLICABLE FOR READY TO SHIP PIECES) 
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, style, color, fit preference, or any reason other than verified damage or a size exchange.
